CSF S58 Billet Charge Air Cooler Manifold in Thermal Black

The factory plastic intake manifold on the S58 engine uses a crimped-on core that is prone to failure at boost levels as low as 27 psi. The CSF 8233B replaces this weak point with a 100% CNC-machined billet aluminum manifold and a high-performance PWR bar and plate core. This core is pressure tested to 120 psi to ensure it can handle extreme boost levels without the risk of end tank separation or internal leaks.

Installation

This is a drop-in fit application that installs in the OEM location. The manifold includes integrated wire harness provisions, coolant hose quick connects, and a removable engine cover pin to maintain factory fitment. The rear of the manifold is clearanced for easy access to the engine oil filter. CSF recommends installation by a qualified facility if you are not confident in performing the swap.
