The factory plastic intake manifold on the S58 engine uses a core crimped onto plastic end tanks that is prone to failure at boost levels as low as 27 psi. The CSF 8233C replaces this weak point with a 100% CNC-machined billet aluminum manifold and a high-performance PWR Bar and Plate core. This core is pressure tested to 120 psi to ensure it handles the extreme boost levels required for high-horsepower S58 builds.

Installation

This manifold is a drop-in fit application that installs in the OEM location. The kit includes all necessary brackets, hardware, and instructions. It features integrated hose stand-offs for EVAP routing and a removable engine cover pin to maintain factory aesthetics. CSF recommends installation by a qualified facility if you are not confident in performing a manifold swap.
