CSF by PWR Twin Intercooler Set for Audi SQ7 & SQ8 (4.0L V8)

The 4.0L twin-turbo V8 in the Audi SQ7 and SQ8 starts to experience debilitating heat soak and increasing intake air temperatures with the OEM intercoolers. This results in the ECU pulling engine timing and decreasing power output, especially on vehicles with performance tuning. The CSF 8280B replaces the factory units with Formula-1 grade cores and CNC-machined billet end tanks to maintain consistent performance during aggressive driving.

CSF has integrated the charge pipe into the top end tank design with a welded aluminum pipe. This replaces the factory bolt-on plastic part and its failure-prone O-ring, which is a known cause of boost leaks and check engine lights on the SQ7 and SQ8. The Thermal Black Heat Dispersion Cerakote finish on this set is designed to dissipate heat approximately 15% faster than raw billet aluminum.
