The TurboSystems Hybrid Turbocharger for the Audi B9 A4 is the hardware foundation of the iE Stage 3 build ecosystem. Developed as a validated component of the complete iE Stage 3 package — not a third-party part dropped into an untested calibration — this turbo erases the factory airflow ceiling and delivers a serious performance increase while retaining the fast spool, street character, and daily usability the B9 A4 platform is known for.

SPOOL WITHOUT THE WAIT

Budget hybrid turbochargers often trade street feel for top-end numbers — sluggish off the line and only exciting when fully wound out. The TurboSystems design uses a ball-bearing CHRA that maintains fast boost onset, with full boost arriving in the low 3,000 RPM range. The B9 A4 retains its punchy, responsive street character while gaining a substantially expanded performance ceiling.

RELENTLESS TOP-END PULL

Larger, more efficient compressor and turbine wheel geometry pushes the B9 A4’s performance to a level the factory hardware cannot approach, maintaining strong power delivery through the full RPM range where the stock turbo runs out of capability.

The turbine housing design is specifically balanced to reduce exhaust backpressure without the throttle response penalty typical of larger turbine housings. Strong top-end pull. Fast spool. The engaging, responsive street character of the platform preserved.
