Audi’s factory charge pipes feature abrupt bends, irregular internal transitions, and plastic construction that restricts airflow from the turbo to the throttle body. The iE High-Flow Charge Pipe Kit replaces every restriction point with smooth, mandrel-bent aluminum — engineered to deliver clean, consistent airflow, eliminate the factory’s built-in turbo sound suppression, and provide a genuinely bolt-on installation experience. Designed as part of the iE charge system for the B9 platform.

GRIP-LOCK CONNECTIONS

Shallow bead rolls are the reason most aftermarket charge pipes slip, leak, or blow off under boost pressure. iE’s proprietary CNC-machined Grip-Lock connection geometry features a deep mechanical bite that locks couplers firmly in place — through sustained boost pressure, repeated hard pulls, and anything else the B9’s turbo delivers. Once clamped, they stay clamped.

Audi engineered a resonator chamber directly into the factory charge pipes — a deliberate measure to suppress turbo sound and limit airflow simultaneously. iE’s kit eliminates both: the resonator is gone, the restrictive transitions are gone, and what’s left is clean, unrestricted airflow and the turbo’s natural character. Sharper spool. A more responsive charge path. The sound the engine was always producing, finally audible.

A PROPER BOLT-ON

Developed using 3D scanning of the B9 engine bay and extensively prototyped to retain every factory mounting point and clear all factory components. Installs with basic hand tools. No modification, no fitment compromises.

BUILT FOR THE WHOLE BUILD

Designed to function as part of a complete iE charge system alongside the iE Air Intake System and iE High-Performance Intercooler. Supports higher boost targets, ECU calibration upgrades, and larger turbo configurations without requiring replacement.
