IMPORTANT! The 330mm rotors may require control arm clearancing so they do NOT hit when making u turns, the lower ball joint may need clearancing or install lower profile Super Pro control arms. See zip file below. Also you MUST install the JHM cayenne caliper bolt kit with 1 washer between the caliper and spindle for best fitment, picture inclosed below as well.

Due to popular demand, all of our 2-piece, lightweight rotors will now come with black anodized rotor hats featuring Type 3, hard anodizing, the highest quality and hardest anodizing available for aluminum. This will make the rotor hats more resistant to fade and wear and will hide brake dust better. Due to popular, demand all lightweight rotor rings will also feature zinc plating. This high quality coating will slow the effects of corrosion and keep your rotor rings looking good through the winters.

FINALLY a low cost front BBK (Big Brake kit) solution for your MKV MKVI that uses the popular Porsche Cayenne caliper (6-piston Brembo) while clearing most OEM 17" wheels and most aftermarket 17" wheels as well.
350mm BBK rotors show installed on R32.

Why the Porsche Cayenne caliper? With its 6-piston design and MASSIVE brake pads it is a strong performer. Also it bolts right up to your spindles with NO brackets. All you need is some bolts, nuts, brake lines and JHM rotors and you have a 350mm BBK. Being that it is an OEM part they are readily available and can be found used for great prices.

INCLUDES: 2 x JHM 2-piece Lightweight Slotted Front Rotors and 2 x rotor hat to hub adpaters that MUST be installed between the rotor hat and hub BEFORE putting the rotor on.
HOW TO MAKE THIS ROTOR WORK WITH THE CAYENNE or TOUAREG 17Z CALIPER:
- Buy SBLK1500 stainless brake lines from JHM to connect the cayenne caliper to your factory lines.
- Buy BTKPorscheC bolt kit for cayenne calipers with adapter bushings to connect the cayenne caliper to your spindle. (note, one washer belongs between each caliper bolt point and spindle for proper clearance, see pic in zip below)
- Buy 330mm cayenne brake bads, just search cayenne 330mm on our site, we have several options.
- Buy 7L0907637 sensor for brake pad sensor system to work
- Buy a pair of new or used 17z Cayenne or Touareg calipers
- Clearance the lower ball joint possibly as show in zip file below (depends on year and model)
- Clearance the lower control arm and possibly caliper some to keep the caliper from hitting the spindle or buy Super Pro lower arms (this is ONLY an issue with the 330mm kit due to its shorter mounting points vs the 350mm that does NOT require this)
Outer ring specs:
We worked closely with a race brake manufacturer that supplies many NASCAR racers and a couple major brake kit companies. Due to their expertise we chose to have them build us the outer rings to our specs to fit the B6-B7 S4-A4 with a Cayenne caliper bolted on. 12 attachment points for durability and strength.
Center hat specs:
We CNC machine the Aluminum center hats in house based on their recommended materials and thicknesses for durability. 12 attachment points for durability and strength. We also engrave JHM in them in 3 locations equal from each other, it looks clean and doesn't jump out or look tacky.
Note - This brake upgrade only fits under 17" wheels or larger. May need wheel spacers with some wheels.
