These kits were created through our combined experience as both one of the largest distributors in the northeast and a full-time performance shop. We worked closely with STOPTECH to bring to market a brake kit which will offer better braking, longevity, durability, aesthetics, without padding the price.
Included with each kit are stiff, 2-piece, fully-forged calipers which have designated piston sizes specific to each application and provide a firmer, more responsive brake pedal that provides better brake pedal modulation. These feature a four piston configuration and 5 different caliper colors which use a special high temperature paint to withstand extreme conditions. Silicone dust boots work to extend service intervals.
The over-sized 1-piece rotors, available in slotted or drilled finishes, provide greater heat capacity and reduced brake fade. Assisting in fade resistance and higher performance are the StopTech(R) Street Performance Pads(R) which have an increased maximum operating temperature and high bite for responsive brakes that can be driven hard.
