This is the perfectexhaust systemfor SEMA builds, kitted cars, and the weekend cruiser alike. The factory exhaust is incredibly heavy at over 68 lbs with several chambers. It simply does not offer the roar that most are looking forin under-aggressive acceleration. To achieve our goals of maximum power, lightness, and sound, we use 3″ diameter tubing and individual piping for each bank of the engine to drop over 50 lbs from the vehicle and enhance the V10 roar. Factory heat shielding is retained.

CONSTRUCTION: Each system is made from mandrel bent .060″ wall T304L stainless steel tubing, CNC machined flanges, and laser cut brackets. Back purged TIG welding (with ARCAL™ Prime argon gas) ensures proper weld penetration and longevity. Water jet cut flanges are made to ISO 9001:2015 standards with tolerances of +/- 0.003 inches for extreme precision. We fabricate each exhaust using thick gauge aluminum fixtures which act as a great heat sink during the welding process and prevent warping not only of our products, but the fixtures themselves to ensure perfect fitment.
BOLT ON AND GO: Each exhaust system is built and tested in a fixture to ensure perfect fitment. Everything is included for a complete installation including caps for the factory vacuum lines.
