AUDI S4 / S5 B9 3.0 TFSI

The Revo Carbon Lid and intake hose have been designed and engineered to directly replace the stock airbox lid, filter and pipe found in the Audi S4 & S5 B9. The Revo Carbon Lid offers a high-quality replacement, which perfectly fits the OEM lower part of the airbox, whilst allowing a larger filter to be fitted, increasing airflow and therefore performance of your vehicle.

CARBON LID

With ample efficiency for a stock vehicle, the OEM system quickly becomes a choking point for the engine when running Revo Software. The Revo Carbon Lid has been designed to increase the diameter of the outlet to increase the volume of flow and promote smoother airflow. The closed air system helps eliminate heat soak whilst its design allows more airflow to be distributed evenly around the Revo air filter.

SILICONE HOSE

The Revo Turbo Hose has an increased inner diameter of 41% to match the large carbon lid outlet that then gradually tapers to the stock turbocharger inlet to optimise airflow. Designed to replace the corrugated plastic hose, this upgrade reduces restriction and maximises smooth airflow improving both power and torque throughout the rev range. The stepped internals ensure a smooth transition of air between components.

AIR FILTER

An intake system is only as good as the filter. This kit comes complete with a custom Revo foam filter, supported by galvanised epoxy-coated mesh for strength under load. Revo three-stage foam filters work very differently from conventional paper or cotton-gauze alternatives designed to trap particles on the outer layer. Revo filters trap debris and particles within the foam layers, allowing air to still navigate through. The filter can be cleaned and re-oiled to keep performance at the optimal level.
