IE Stage 1 ECU calibration dramatically increases performance with up to 416HP & 391TQ, transforming your supercharged 3.0L into a truly performance-classed vehicle. STAGE 2 SINGLE PULLEY
Stage 2 single pulley files are calibrated for a smaller press-on supercharger pulley delivering up to 492HP with minimal hardware upgrades. The single pulley ratio is achieved by driving the supercharger faster via the smaller pulley. See below for recommended pulley option:

STAGE 2 DUAL PULLEY
Go all out and maximize the full power potential available from the factory supercharger with a stage 2 dual pulley setup. The maximized dual pulley ratio can be achieved by combining the smaller 57.5mm press-fit supercharger pulley with a 188mm crank pulley -or skip to dual pulley in one product with the single 207mm overdrive crank pulley for up to 548HP! DUAL PULLEY E40 ETHANOL
Ethanol contains tons of oxygen, burns cooler, and has a high resistance to knock. This provides the tuning potential for a massive horsepower and torque gain over running conventional gasoline and is more readily available (in most states) and less expensive than race gas. The factory fuel system with an upgraded HPFP (high pressure fuel pump) can support a maximum mix of 2/5ths E85 and 3/5ths 91/93 premium gas to produce an E40 ethanol blend delivering up to an intense 548HP & 525ft-lbs of torque!
INCREASED RPM
The powerband has been optimized To take advantage of the new boost curve and pulley ratios. The RPM limits are raised in all gears to 7200RPM on stage 1 & stage 2 single pulley tunes and 7350RPM on dual pulley. DSG-equipped cars will shift slightly before the new engine RPM limits.
2-STEP LAUNCH CONTROL
2-step is an advanced motorsport ECU calibration feature built into the ECU software. This drag racing style launch will dramatically increase your 60 foot and acceleration off the line by building engine load and boost from a stop providing a large advantage over similarly powered vehicles in a competitive scenario.
OPTIONAL EXHAUST CRACKLE
Give your supercharged engine an aggressive sporty sound. Turning on the exhaust crackle gives your 3.0T a head-turning performance exhaust overrun when you rev, decelerate, or let off the throttle for gear changes.
FUEL DRAIN OPTION
Higher octanes such as 100, 104, and ethanol offer a huge bump in power for race days but can be expensive or hard to mix for everyday driving. To make swapping fuels easier, IE has included a nifty feature that allows you to drain your fuel tank to the last drop. Simply connect a few feet 5/16” fuel hose to the feed line under the engine bay and hit the drain button in the extras menu on the IE POWERlink Flash Wizard software. Available for all ECU stages.
MANUAL FAN CONTROL
Keeping the supercharger cool in between runs is the key to staying competitive and in optimal power in a drag racing scenario. To help reduce temperatures while staging, IE's optional fan control feature allows you to run the fans and coolant pump at full power on demand using the cruise control stalk. Simply flip the radiator fans to full power to pull heat out of the supercharger and effectively lowering intake air temperatures before the next run.

IE's proven software brings track-ready ECU programming to your 3.0T supercharged engine while retaining factory comfort and reliability. Our own tuning technology suite is used to completely reverse-engineer the factory ECU mapping, allowing our software engineers access to realign all safety protocols and sensors for the new performance calibration. Every tune parameter undergoes months of testing on our in-house dyno systems that utilize the world's only Sea Level Generator developed specifically to verify tune operations in any condition.
