The Dinan High Flow Carbon Fiber Intake (D760-0028) is an engineered induction system for the 2008-2013 BMW M3 Sedan (E90), built with aerospace quality to improve airflow to the S65 V8 engine. This intake is designed to solve the common compromise in performance exhausts by utilizing carbon fiber and plastic, which are excellent insulators, to reduce heat soak compared to air intakes constructed of aluminum or other metals. The system is sealed tightly from the high temperatures found under the hood by utilizing a custom injected molded divider plate that engages into the stock airbox housing.

The integrated divider and carbon fiber intake connecting pipe have a 30% more cross-sectional area than stock. This increased area, when combined with a high flow filter, ensures maximum airflow for your M3 V8 engine. This optimized design yields a power gain of +8 HP and +5 LB-FT of torque at 8200 RPM, along with increased engine output across the entire power band.
