This system is manufactured from 100% 304 stainless steel inside and out for maximum resistance to corrosion and achieves a nearly 30% reduction in weight, eliminating over 20 lbs.
The system utilizes Tuned Resonance Chamber technology to provide an optimum balance between power and sound, eliminating the low-RPM "drone" common with many aftermarket mufflers. The four 3.5" diameter polished or ceramic black tips feature Dinan's new "Cool Tip" design, which uses the principle of rarefaction (a vent at the base) to effectively reduce tip temperatures. This minimizes radiant heat that can affect bodywork over time and prevents discoloration, while also avoiding the possibility of a nasty burn while loading items in the trunk.
