This semi-open intake is capable of flowing 58% more air than the stock system, providing improved throttle response and eliminating a potential roadblock for high-powered builds.
To accomplish this feat, the entire lower airbox has been reworked and enlarged by 60% to house a 40% larger custom filter. The semi-open design—which removes the sound-eliminating intake resonator—features strategically patterned openings that provide a secondary inlet without causing an increase in turbo inlet temperatures. The outwardly visible system is made of immaculate carbon fiber, vastly improving the under-the-hood appeal and remaining compatible with all factory bracing.
