For the majority of applicable vehicles, these plates induce more negative camber (an additional -0.6 degrees) on the front wheels, which drastically reduces understeer and provides immediate turn-in for aggressive driving.
However, on the Z8 model, these components function as caster plates, relocating the upper strut mounting position to provide additional caster. This modification induces negative camber (an additional -0.5 degrees) on the front wheels during turns, ensuring the Z8 becomes even more responsive with razor-sharp turn-in and a dramatic reduction of understeer. The Dinan camber plates retain the factory bushings, eliminating negative effects on ride quality or the introduction of annoying noises common with fully adjustable aftermarket plates.
