The Dinan Performance Coil Spring Set (D100-0934) is an expertly engineered suspension solution for various BMW G-Chassis models, including the 330i, M340i, and M440i, designed to transform vehicle stance while significantly enhancing handling. Dinan suspensions are known to maintain ride quality while improving handling. This is accomplished by pairing spring sets with bump stops, spring perches, or both to maintain suspension travel, resulting in a smooth ride while also improving mechanical grip and handling.

The set lowers the vehicle for an aggressive stance and optimized suspension geometry, while remaining compatible with both conventional and factory electronic shocks. The Dinan springs are CNC wound with high tensile chrome silicon wire and shot-peened for stress relief to last the life of the car. The carefully calibrated spring stiffness actively reduces body roll, rear compression under acceleration, and front dive under braking, giving your car a noticeably more controlled and responsive feel.

Features:

• Optimized Stance & Geometry: Lowers the vehicle by varying amounts (see below) for an aggressive stance, compatible with both conventional and factory electronic shocks.

  • M340i RWD & xDrive: 1" (Front and Rear) drop.
  • M440i xDrive: 1-1/8" (Front) and 5/8" (Rear) drop.
  • 330i xDrive: 5/8" (Front) and 3/4" (Rear) drop.
  • 330i RWD: 1-1/8" (Front) and 3/4" (Rear) drop.

• Stiffness Increases: Stiffness ranges from a negligible change to up to a 95% increase in the front and up to a 92% increase in the rear, depending on the specific model and stock spring configuration, providing substantial reduction in body roll.

• Structural Integrity: Springs are CNC wound with high tensile chrome silicon wire and shot-peened for stress relief, helping to prevent spring sag.

While we will maintain a full warranty on product defects, any claims against improper handling or ride quality traits due to not purchasing the corresponding handling kit will not be warranted. This spring set is not compatible with the M440i RWD.
