Dinan Iridium Spark Plug - 12x26.5x14MM (Flat) - Heat Range 9 | D640-0001

The Dinan Iridium Spark Plugs (D640-0001) are an excellent upgrade for tuned, and even stock engines where applicable. Our spark plugs are made from Iridium—one of the strongest materials available—offering a 152% higher melting point than silver and a 38% higher melting point than platinum.

The Iridium electrode, which has a copper core, is harder, stronger, and runs cooler than other materials. This plug is compatible with the Gen 1 B48, Gen 1 & 2 B58 engines, and the S58. The plug is 1 step colder than OEM for these applications and requires less voltage to produce a strong spark. Dinan spark plugs are ideal for high boost, high cylinder pressure, and high-power situations, resisting preignition better than stock plugs. They are an excellent match for Dinan ignition coils.
