The APR Throttle Body Inlet System (MS100198) is a comprehensive flow and reliability upgrade for the Audi 2.5T EA855 EVO engine. By replacing the entire charge path from the intercooler outlet to the intake manifold, APR has eliminated major bottlenecks and boost leak points found in the factory plastic and rubber assembly. This system features a massive, single-piece cast aluminum inlet pipe that flows 34% more than stock, achieved through a larger cross-sectional area and a redesigned, sweeping bend that enters the throttle body with minimal turbulence.

Engineered for high-boost applications, the system includes a wire-reinforced, multi-ply silicone intercooler outlet hose that expands from 64mm to approximately 72mm. A unique billet aluminum throttle body adapter is also provided, featuring an integrated boost/vacuum reference point—perfect for adding a boost gauge or water-meth injection. To ensure a 100% airtight seal, APR includes brand-new gaskets and O-rings, addressing common leak points that are often overlooked during performance builds.
