APR Supercharger Drive Pulley - 3.0 TFSI (Gen 2 bolt on) | MS100139

The APR Supercharger Drive Pulley Upgrade (MS100139) is an essential modification for the Gen 2 Audi 3.0 TFSI engine. Designed specifically for superchargers equipped with a bolt-on pulley, this upgrade reduces the diameter from the factory ~63.25mm to 57.75mm. This reduction causes the supercharger to spin approximately 9.5% faster, resulting in a significant increase in boost pressure and a healthy bump in both horsepower and torque across the entire RPM range.

The pulley is CNC-machined from high-strength billet stainless steel and finished with a black e-coating to maintain a discrete, factory-original appearance. Because the supercharger is forced to work harder, this hardware must be paired with APR Stage II Pulley ECU Software to safely manage the increased airflow and ensure optimal engine timing and fueling.
