The APR High Pressure Fuel Pump Rebuild (MS100211) is a critical performance upgrade for the Audi 2.9T and 3.0T EA839 V6 engines. This system increases the fuel displacement volume by a massive 37% over stock, providing the necessary fueling overhead for high-horsepower builds, particularly those utilizing E85 (Ethanol) or larger turbocharger systems. By increasing the internal bore diameter of the pump's pressurizing cylinder, APR ensures that fuel rail pressure remains steady even under the most demanding conditions.

Every rebuild is performed in-house at APR using medical-grade precision machinery and certified heat-treated bearing-grade stainless steel. The plunger features a Diamond-Like Coating (DLC) for exceptional surface hardness and longevity. To guarantee safety and performance, every pump is machine-tested on APR's specialized rig to verify solenoid operation and seal integrity before being shipped back to the customer, preventing potential camshaft damage from a seized unit.

REBUILD SERVICE ONLY: This is a rebuild service for your existing factory fuel pump. You must send your functional Hitachi Gen III pump to APR to be upgraded. The pump body and solenoids must be in working order upon arrival.

Software Requirement: To take advantage of the increased fuel volume, your ECU must be updated with APR Stage 1+ (or higher) software specifically calibrated for the upgraded HPFP.
