This service increases the maximum fuel volume delivery by 30% over stock, enabling the direct injection system to support high-horsepower builds and ethanol (E85) requirements. By increasing the internal bore diameter of the pressurizing cylinder, APR ensures that fuel pressure remains steady at a maximum of 145 bar, even during the high-demand mid-range RPMs where the factory pump typically struggles.
Every pump is rebuilt in-house using medical-grade precision machinery to achieve tolerances as tight as .00004". The plunger is crafted from heat-treated bearing-grade stainless steel with a Diamond-Like Coating (DLC) for extreme surface hardness. To ensure 100% reliability, every rebuilt unit is machine-tested on APR's specialized rig to verify seal integrity and solenoid function before being shipped back to the customer.

- You must send your functional factory HPFP to APR's facility for the upgrade.

Software Note: Specific ECU calibration is required to properly utilize the increased fuel displacement of this pump. APR offers compatible software for most 2.5T platforms.
