This service increases the maximum fuel volume delivery by a massive 41% over stock, effectively eliminating the fueling "dip" often seen in the mid-range of K03 and K04 powered vehicles. By increasing the internal bore diameter of the pump's pressurizing cylinder, APR ensures that fuel rail pressure remains consistent even under the heavy demand of Stage 2+ and Big Turbo builds.
Every pump is rebuilt in-house to extreme tolerances—as tight as .00004"—using heat-treated bearing-grade stainless steel components. The plunger is finished with a Diamond-Like Coating (DLC) to ensure ultra-reliable operation and minimal friction. To prevent engine damage, APR machine-tests every single pump on a specialized rig before shipping, verifying seal integrity and solenoid function to ensure the unit is fully broken-in and ready for immediate performance use.

- A working, undamaged pump must be sent to APR for the rebuild.
- The pump and solenoids must be in functional condition upon arrival.
- Cam Follower Note: The EA113 engine is known for cam follower wear. You MUST install a new cam follower when fitting the upgraded pump to ensure safety and performance.
Software Requirement: To maximize the benefits of the increased fuel volume, APR Stage 2+ (or vehicle-specific HPFP software) is required to properly calibrate the ECU for the new pump displacement.
