The 034Motorsport Head Stud Kit, M11, EA839 2.9T/3.0T is designed for customers looking to safely increase and maximize power on the EA839 platform. As boost pressure and cylinder pressure rise with more aggressive tuning, factory torque-to-yield head bolts can stretch and lose clamping force, particularly under sustained heat and load. These M11 head studs are engineered to remove that limitation and provide the clamping force required for high-power operation.

Manufactured from high-strength tool steel and laboratory verified to exceed 270,000 psi tensile strength, these studs are 80% stronger than OE head bolts and fully reusable. They help prevent head lift during extended pulls, track use, and other high-duty-cycle driving, allowing tuners and builders to run higher boost and increased power levels confidently.
